We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Pricing & Payment Terms
All pricing is provided on a per-order basis and is agreed upon between the Company and the customer prior to production.
- Payment must be made in full before any design or production work begins
- Quotes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change if not accepted within that timeframe
- Any changes to the order after a quote is agreed upon may result in additional charges
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
7. Proof Approval
Before printing, you may receive a digital proof.
Once you approve the proof:
- The design is considered final
- We are not responsible for errors (typos, sizing, layout, etc.)
No changes can be made after approval.
8. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
- Order size
- Design complexity
- Production demand
We are not liable for delays outside of our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order
